The Rotary Club of Petaluma website (www.petalumarotary.org) has been on the Web since July 17, 2000. Websites were a new phenomenon then and we’ve saved the original website for posterity. This is what you would have seen in 2000 on your tiny cathode ray tube (CRT) monitor:

You would have waited for the page to slowly load over a dial-up modem connected to your AOL or CompuServe account.
