11:50 a.m. – Transition to galley for lunch

12:00 p.m. – Lunch - Historic "old galley" (or "upper galley")

Important!
To enter the USCG Training Center for this event your name (and the names of any guests) must be on a list previously submitted to the Coast Guard. This list is developed from the club roster with changes that you submit. The name on your photo ID must match that on the list. If, for example, the roster calls you "Bill" and your ID says "William," you might be denied entry. To correct your name or add a guest, complete and submit this form not later than Tuesday, January 14.

Members who have attended this luncheon in the past and are not bringing guests need not submit this form. You are already on the list.

Directions

1. From downtown Petaluma, head west on East Washington Street (which becomes Bodega Avenue). Continue about 7.3 miles beyond the Bantam Way traffic signal.

2. Just past the intersection with Spring Hill Road, turn left on Tomales Road. (Watch for the large green signs directing you toward the "U.S. Coast Guard Training Center.")

3. Proceed about one mile on Tomales Road to the flashing yellow light.

4. Turn left at the flashing light into the Training Center entrance and follow the entry lane which bears right and then curves around to the left.

5. Stop at the sentry post and explain that you are going to the Rotary Club luncheon.

6. Present documents as requested. Be ready with valid drivers license, current registration, and proof of insurance and a photo ID for each passenger.

7. If documents are found to be in order, driver will be issued a pass authorizing vehicle and occupants one-time entry onto the base.

8. Place pass on dashboard and proceed up the hill on the entrance road about a half-mile.

9. If you are attending the pre-luncheon activities at the Consolidated Club (social hour, starting at 11:00 a.m.):

Turn right onto Nevada Avenue. (You’ll see another large green sign here.)

Turn right at the second driveway into the parking area for the Consolidated Club.

Park here, or use additional parking available further along Nevada Avenue.

10. If you are driving directly to the 12:00 noon luncheon:

Turn right onto Nevada Avenue. (You’ll see another large green sign here.)

Park in the parking lot on your left toward the top of the hill. Additional parking may be available in the Consolidated Club parking area across the street.

The historic "upper galley" or "old galley" is a short walk downhill and to your right. Note that we are not eating at Haley Hall this year

11. Lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m. Please arrive on time!

12. To save time, have all required documents ready before arrival!
