Our Club, along with all other Rotary clubs in District 5130, will be voting in May 2012 on a proposal to incorporate the Distict as an IRC 501(c)(4) not-for-profit charitable entity. The clubs will also vote on adoption of corporate bylaws which would become effective if incorporation is approved.
We will vote on both issues, incorporation and bylaws, at our May 10 meeting. Please review the following information before the election. Lou Steinberg, who served on the Incorporation Study Committee, would be pleased to answer any questions you may have.
